I'm so sorry you didn't enjoy it more. I adore <i>Elizabeth and Her German Garden</i> and would also heartily recommend von Arnim's <i>The Pastor's Wife</i>, which is characteristically sharp and witty.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
