Family Happiness might be my all-time favorite of hers, but I also love Goodbye Without Leaving and Shine On, Bright and Dangerous Object and A Big Storm Knocked it Over (I also love her titles.) she's just fabulous. It is so sad that she died young.Jennyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00251983804060081813noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1203893324932668537.post-33631848038197466102017-08-15T20:28:37.300-05:002017-08-15T20:28:37.300-05:00I adore Laurie Colwin. For her fiction I would suggest her earlier novels Shine On, Bright and Dangerous Object and Family Happiness. Some of her short stories are ravishing ( in particular The Lone Pilgrim, A Girl Skating and An Old-Fashioned Story).
Steve

Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1203893324932668537.post-68842096046444948322017-08-10T21:00:39.954-05:002017-08-10T21:00:39.954-05:00As usual, I got distracted by other books, and I h...As usual, I got distracted by other books, and I haven't gotten back to her books yet.
