I adore Naomi's writing.

One correction, though. I'm happy to say there will be 9, not 8, books in the series.

This is taken from the FAQ section of her website, temeraire.org: "the Temeraire series will end with book 9, as yet untitled, which will bring the Napoleonic Wars to a close. There may be more adventures in the Temeraire universe from me after that, but if so I think they will be set in different eras and/or places."Jan Campbellnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1203893324932668537.post-59110267884613377382012-04-15T13:30:19.833-05:002012-04-15T13:30:19.833-05:00Peter Jackson has optioned the books, so there mig...Peter Jackson has optioned the books, so there might be film versions some day! For me, the characters are the heart of the series - even if some of them are dragons.Lisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17782561487396697870noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1203893324932668537.post-1678814223167581272012-04-14T17:33:48.901-05:002012-04-14T17:33:48.901-05:00This series is pretty popular in my library so I s...This series is pretty popular in my library so I see the books coming and going all the time. I thought the premise sounded strange, but you've made them tempting, Lisa!Anbolynhttp://gudrunstights.comnoreply@blogger.com
